Weatherford Senior Portraits
I met up with Kole a few weeks ago for his Weatherford Senior Portraits – Go Class of 2016!! I spoke with his Dad about booking his session while photographing his new brother Grey, you may remember him from here, and he mentioned that his older son wanted to include his horse in his senior portraits. I instantly knew I was going to love his session. I love a horse!
It was such a gorgeous day, the lighting was wonderful and the trees perfectly colored different shades of green! I could not have asked for a better location to shoot at either… the sun set right behind the trees and they had multiple pastures to choose from.
We started with some casual shots of Kole alone and then with his horse. Dont you just LOVE that BIG Texas belt buckle?! We moved on to his football shirt and of course a muscle pose! (boys will be boys!) I know you secretly loved doing that!!! haha
We finished with some dressy cowboy shots and riding with the horse. Since he is a roper he has his own practice area so I for sure wanted to use this for some shots and so we ended the session with Kole doing his thing! I was a tad nervous to have this massive horse running at me full speed, not gonna lie, but his horse did great and was nice and controlled and we were able to get some really amazing shots and I stayed safe haha
The location had some really great spots to use for backdrops, and of course Kole and his horse really made my job easy! Congratulations on all of your achievements!! It was so much fun working with you and I wish you the best of luck!!!
Class of 2017 don’t wait to book your senior portraits, my Fall schedule books fast so email to get on the books! I would love to be apart of your Senior photography.
