We try to update as much as we can 🙂
People ask me all o the time what is my favorite thing to photograph and I always have newborn family photography listed in my top 3 favorites. I get to love on all of the fresh babies, see how the older siblings interact with the new baby and most of create some of the most candid, special moments.
Meet Deacon. He had so much hair and was a true gentleman for his newborn family photography session out in Prosper Tx. This is baby number two for them and big sis couldn’t have been prouder to show off her new little brother! Swayze was so excited and ready to love on him. We started with some family lifestyle shots in mom and dads room and had AH.MA.ZING light. Look how photogenic this family is! Flawless. Talk about Squad goals! 🙂
Baby D was SO good and laid back for his session. We wanted to start with big sister, so she took her turn swooning over brother and we got the most adorable candid portraits. Her favorite part was patting his back. Next, mom and dad each took their turn snuggling baby boy and then we swaddled Deacon up, nice and tight got some posed Newborn portraits of him. Those dark blues look so great against his dark hair, so perfect! Can we talk about his hair for a minute? There was so much of it! I had hair envy.
I love photographing all the little sweet newborn details, little feet, hands, nose, lips, bum everything!
Thank you so much for trusting me with your family’s memories and choosing me to be your Dallas newborn photographer! I cannot wait to watch him grown!

Cameron and Alexis had a beautiful mid day Hidden Pines Chapel wedding, this Summer, in Highland Village Tx . I was honored to photograph their beautiful engagement photography l just knew they were going to have such a beautiful wedding day! The girls got ready in the bridal sweet, make up and hair spray all around. Alexis was adding finishing touches to her make up while her sisters touched up her hair. Once she was dressed Dad came in and helped her get her Cinderella shoes on. It was truly a magical moment.
On the other side of the Chapel the boys were joking around, laughing and having a good time in the guys room, adorned with antlers and all the manly men stuff. Cameron was nervous but ready to get his suit on and see his bride walk down that aisle. Once he was dressed the boys got their boutonnieres and lined up and waited patiently for the ceremony to start.
This beautiful wedding had all of that and then some! I think my favorite part was when I got to go out with just the two of them. Their wedding photos are just so romantic and I can see how happy they are together! These two were just so relaxed in front of the camera, which makes things really easy to capture beautiful Dallas wedding photography. While we were outside the guests were served a pancake breakfast complete with eggs and bacon. It was such a cute idea for an early morning wedding.
They were able to get their first dance in as a couple and then they each danced with their parent. I will admit I got a little emotional watching Alexis dance with her dad. He was so happy for her but sad to see her so grown up. Finally the dance floor opened and everyone got their groove on!
At the end of the day Alexis changed in to a super cute shorter dress for their bubble exit. Someone tied cans and ribbons to their car and I thought it was super fun. I think I can speak for the majority of wedding photographers in Dallas when I say this should happen more 🙂

Professional baby pictures are always great fun, and August was a major ham-bone! TWU was the location for this 3 month Denton baby photography session. You may remember his newborn session here. I have been so lucky to work this amazing family since big Brother was 6 months old. I mean just look at him back then… He is practically an adult now! This shoot was really meant to celebrate August turning 3 months but Henry was all about the camera so he got some time by himself while little brother took a snack break.
Henry brought his dump trucks to share with little brother so we let them play some and then we focused on baby A! For three month old baby portraits I really try to focus on their expressions. They are learning to smile, babble, make funny faces and blow bubbles. They can usually hold their heads for a second or two as well so we have to show off all of those skills! Baby A gave me the best faces ever for his baby portraits! I just love him so much, even when he looks at me like I am crazy ha
Thank you so much for choosing me to capture your professional baby pictures! I love watching your boys grow!!!
Oh. My. Gosh. Aren’t these boys just the cutest?! This child photographer always has the best time with these two! They were all smiles on this fabulous day. We started with them together and they were just so cute laughing and giggling, sweet brothers. They had a lot of fun running on the bridge together, playing patty-cake and looking at the ducks in the pond. Next, we took some of big brother, look at that gorgeous hair color! Big brother was loving the camera, really cheesing it up. Then on to the birthday boy!
Teddy Bear park, also know as Lakeside Park is a beautiful, pleasant little slice of Dallas. They have charming teddy bear statues and a lake with whimsical lily pads. The wooden bridge is an added scenic touch to this gorgeous park. I love photographing here, this is one of my favorite parks. There are tons of trees and beautiful lighting. The kids always seem to love it too. It was a great spot for some fun first birthday ideas. Mom brought some colorful balloons and Will LOVED playing with them! He wasn’t quite walking on his own just yet which made it a bit easier to contain him in one spot haha.
Will sure is happy to be turning one, look at those big ole grins! I love the fun blue and orange birthday balloons and Will does too! And look how cute that little animal blanket is, such a perfect touch! Thank you so much for choosing me to be your child photographer! I love watching your boys grow!
